WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal (Pay in 4), and AFTERPAY.
Lumiere & I will not complete any order until payment has successfully cleared. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Lumiere & I also reserves the right to cancel an order, if necessary and at any time, without consequence.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your Lumiere & I purchase. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for an exchange of our products. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 7 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com to receive our exchange instructions.
Lumiere & I only provides refund on faulty or damaged products in transit. In this instance we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the damaged / faulty item and provide a photograph of the product so that we can do an assessment. If a refund is appropriate it will be made within 48 hours. If you simply require a replacement candle, one will be shipped to you free of charge.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do offer Lumiere & I gift cards. Please message us to purchase one.
As all Lumiere & I candles are made to order, please allow us to craft your order within 2-3 days. We endeavor to ship all your orders within 3 working days of receiving them. All orders will be shipped with accompanying tracking number which will be emailed to you.
