We do accept cancellations on orders that have not yet been dispatched. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order.
Faulty / Damaged Products
If for any reason the product you received is faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items. We will replace the damaged product with the same item as soon as possible. In cases where stock is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product.
Lumiere & I only provide refunds on faulty or damaged products in transit. In this instance we ask that you email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive the damaged / faulty item and provide a photograph of the product so that we can do an assessment. If a refund is appropriate it will be made within 48 hours. If you simply require a replacement candle, one will be shipped to you free of charge.
